Introduction
The Extension is a Visual Studio Code extension that generates code using GPT-4 powered by OpenAI API. The Extension allows users to create an account and leverage the capabilities of GPT-4 to generate code.
User Accounts
To access the Extension, users are required to create an account using either Google or GitHub. By registering an account, you grant us permission to access your email address associated with your account. Users are responsible for safeguarding their account information and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of their account.
License and Intellectual Property Rights
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Extension. We and our licensors retain all rights, titles, and interests in the Extension, including all intellectual property rights.
User Content
Any code generated by the Extension using GPT-4 belongs to the user. Users are responsible for ensuring that the generated code complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Extension in any way that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, or otherwise violates the rights of others. You may not modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the Extension or use it for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
